RTE7K
RTE7K (Detailed Grid Inner Topology Timeseries) is a dataset giving access to node-breaker description timeseries of power grids, starting with 6-month history at 5′ intervals for the French transmission grid.
This experimentation shall be part of the LF Energy project OpenSynth.

Asset support services
Opensource R&I results owners can ask CRESYM to maintain them and make them publicly available on their behalf in CReDIT. Check out the 12 basic services that they can ask CRESYM to implement.

Training session “Hands-on course on Research Software Engineering (Code Refinery)”
The first Association’s course on reproducible coding, based on CodeRefinery material (reproducible python).
New sessions can be organised as soon as enough participants register at contact@cresym.eu.

Training course “Power System Oscillations”
After the successful first session in December 2025, two new sessions are scheduled in May and June 2026.
Please register at contact@cresym.eu.

Training course “Power System Dynamics”
After the successful first 5 sessions (55 participants), a new session is planned for January 2027.
Please register at contact@cresym.eu

Training course “Introduction to Applications of AI on Power Systems”
Building upon the success of the previous courses on power system stability and power system oscillations, CRESYM expands its offering with a course on AI applications on power systems. The same spirit is followed: a practical workshop, with deep participation of the attendees, and opportunities to raise questions. A single day is provided during cresROADS with the plan to expand it to a 2-day training in subsequent sessions.

Training course “Advanced Power System Stability”
Building upon the success of the previous courses on power system stability and power system oscillations, CRESYM expands its offering with a course on advanced stability analysis in power systems with significant penetration of resources based on Power Electronics. The same spirit is followed: a practical workshop, with deep participation of the attendees, and opportunities to raise questions. A single day is provided during cresROADS with the plan to expand it to a 2-day training in subsequent sessions.

Master-NDA – Observer status
CRESYM’s master NDA granting to signatory organisation the “Observer” status, enabling them to access the Association’s debates and preserving everyone’s confidentiality information.

CRESYM project agreement template
Every research project complies with a standard set of “generic terms and conditions” and the project’s scope of work and, if necessary, specific terms. P2 – Project Agreement – template v260310 (bluelights)

Independent expert adviser charter
CRESYM’s GA decided on 08.04.2025 to set up a pool of independent experts, who would challenge the Association’s roadmap, every project goals & consistency, and the research results, according to the principles set forth in our new “Independent Adviser Charter”.

SSST – Small Signal Stability Toolbox
The Small Signal Stability Toolbox (SSST) is a collection of Matlab functions for the analysis and control of small signal stability of power systems: load flow solution, output of load flow solution, linear model, eigenvalue analysis, output of the eigenvalue analysis, linear responses, reduced order eigenvalue analysis, sensitivities with respect to FACTS devices modulation, design of a single damping controller and coordinated design of multiple damping controllers.

CRESYM IT development guidelines for projects
This document summarises our good practices and practical guidelines to deliver clean pieces of software results. It’s been updated based on CodeRefinery recommendations. Check it out!
